When all you need to do is a simple edit of an image, there's no reason to start up Photoshop. Just go to Pixlr or download their add on for Firefox or Internet Explorer and edit your image right in your web browser.
This is the perfect solution when you need to make changes to an image before you can upload it to a website. What's really amazing about this tool (other than the fact that it's 100% free) is that it actually offers many features of a higher end program such as Photoshop.
